Also known as the Emu Cave, this destination is covered by emu foot prints that have been painted by Aboriginal people centuries ago. The cave also includes a variety of intriguing stone artefacts and tools, providing a unique insight in Australia’s Aboriginal past.

While the Blue Mountains destinations are more renowned for their viewpoints and historical sites, visitors may also want to check out the Lapstone Oval. Another awe-inspiring stone structure in Lapstone is Knapsack Viaduct. Known for its eye-catching archaeological details, this sandstone formation used to be part of the railway.
